Columbia, SC - The Atlantic Collegiate Academy girls golf teams opened its fall season on Monday with a solid seventh place finish at the 2025 Lady Bengal Invitational.
Played at Wildewood Golf Club, the event was hosted by Blythewood High and included 21 total teams with 103 players.
Sophomore
Bella Stroupe led the way for the Armada, finishing 10th overall with a five-over par score of 77. Junior Katelyn Daly finished two shots back, tied for 13th, with a seven-over par score of 79 in her first event for the Armada.
"I am extremely happy about our performance today," new ACA coach Zach Hawkinberry said. "Everyone stayed in a positive mindset."
The Armada will be back in action on Monday, August 25, at RiverTowne Country Club in the
Charleston Classic Invitational. The event is being hosted by Bishop England High and Palmetto Christian Academy. Play is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
