Arbiter Sports Parent & Student Registration Guide
 

Atlantic Collegiate Academy (ACA) has transitioned from Big Teams to Arbiter Sports for all athletic registrations. Registration for the upcoming year will open on April 1. All required athletic physicals must be dated on or after April 1 to be accepted.Follow the steps below to create your Arbiter account and complete your student-athlete's registration. This process should take approximately 10–15 minutes per athlete.

Step 1: Create Your Parent/Guardian Arbiter Account
1. Open a web browser and go to www.arbiter.io.
2. Click Login ? For Families/Students.
3. Select If you don’t have an account, sign up.
4. Enter the following information:
o Parent/Guardian first and last name
o Email address (this will be your username)
o Password
o Cell phone number
5. Check I agree to the Arbiter Terms of Service.
6. Do NOT check “I want to create a NEW organization.”
7. Click Submit.
Important Notes:
? Only one Arbiter account per family is needed.
? Anyone under 18 should not create their own account.
? Do not create duplicate accounts—this keeps all registrations and documents
in one place.

Step 2: Locate Atlantic Collegiate Academy
1. Log in to your new Arbiter account.
2. In the search field, type Atlantic Collegiate Academy.
3. Select South Carolina from the state dropdown.
4. Click Find, then select Atlantic Collegiate Academy from the results.

Step 3: Begin Athletic Registration (2026–2027 School Year)
1. On the ACA landing page, locate Programs.
2. Click the appropriate athletic registration for your student.
3. Click Register Now.
4. Select the appropriate section. Each Section corresponds to the sport your
student-athlete intends to try out for during the 2026–2027 school year. Be
sure to choose the correct sport.
5. Complete all sections marked with a red asterisk (*).
o Student-athlete information
o Parent/guardian contact information
o Required forms and signatures
o Upload physicals or documents if prompted
6. Use Save and Finish Later if you need to pause and return.
Parents may register multiple children from the same account by selecting New
Participant once logged in.

Step 4: Review and Submit
1. Review all information carefully.
2. Click Continue.
3. Select Submit.
4. Once complete, you will see a confirmation page showing:
REGISTRATION STATUS: COMPLETED
1. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your account.

Step 5: Athletic Clearance
? ACA Athletic Administration will review each registration.
? If additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly.
? Clearance must be completed before participation in practices or
competitions.
