We appreciate your patience and partnership in improving our math program. We understand that the grade book updates have fallen short of our expectations early in the year, and we are taking clear actions to ensure consistency, communication, and high-quality instruction moving forward.

Here's our plan.

• The staffing solution is that we will be appointing a long-term substitute, Mr. Tristan Hudak, who will be able to provide stability and daily continuity for students.
• We will update all missing and outstanding grades in the grade book in the next 7-10 school days. Teachers will be finalizing entries so you will be seeing updates in PowerSchool.
• We are going to add some help sessions for math and I will have office hours weekly to assist. These schedules will be emailed and posted on the school website by this Friday. Students may also use their current math platforms for targeted practice.
• Communication: We will provide weekly updates on grading and instructional changes as needed. For questions about math course content, contact your child's math teacher. For everything else contact our academic office.

We promise to strengthen our teaching, make grading clear, and keep families updated. Thank you for trusting us as we implement these solutions for the success of each student.
