Marion, SC – The Atlantic Collegiate Academy varsity volleyball team improved to 7-0 in Region 7-AA play on Thursday night with a convincing victory at Marion.
The Armada improved to 17-7-3 overall, downing the Swamp Foxes 25-10, 25-10 and 25-13.

Reese Feldman led ACA with 11 kills in the match while junior
Katie McMullin added seven. Junior Libero
Addison Autry contributed with 13 digs while senior
Ella Handley had six kills and three service aces. Junior
Kathryn Delea also had six kills in the match.
The ACA junior varsity also posted a straight sets win, downing Marion 25-7 and 25-10 to improve to 6-1 on the season.
Freshmen Sophia Pimental and
Jasmine Dixon each recorded eight service aces in the match. Freshman
Stella Loman added in three kills.
Both squads will be back in action tonight at "The Flight Deck" hosting sister school Oceanside Collegiate Academy. The Armada will be looking to even the season series against the Landsharks after falling to OCA early in the season.
The JV match is scheduled for a 5:30 p.m. start with the varsity match to follow at 7 p.m. The Armada will return to Region play on Tuesday when they travel to Lake City to face the Panthers.
