Atlantic Collegiate Academy

Jay Stevens brings extensive leadership experience in business, public safety, organizational development, and governance to the Atlantic Collegiate Academy School Board. As the owner of Strand Investigations & Associates, he has spent more than 15 years leading a successful business, overseeing operations, developing organizational strategies, and supporting clients through complex decision-making. His career also includes service as a police supervisor with the Myrtle Beach Police Department and as an organizational development advisor supporting U.S. Department of Defense initiatives overseas, where he helped develop leadership structures, training programs, and community-focused governance models.

Jay holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Charleston Southern University. As the father of an ACA student-athlete, he is committed to preserving the school's safe, family-centered culture while supporting academic excellence, responsible stewardship, and student success. He believes in transparency, collaboration, and keeping students at the heart of every board decision.
