Atlantic Collegiate Academy

Jaime VanDett brings a strong background in financial management, educational advocacy, and community leadership to the Atlantic Collegiate Academy School Board. As a bookkeeper with more than a decade of experience and a substitute teacher, she combines financial accountability with firsthand insight into classroom dynamics and student needs. Jaime has also served as President of the Waccamaw Elementary PTO and Treasurer of the Black Water Middle School PTO, where she has helped raise nearly $100,000 to support school programs while overseeing budgets, fundraising, and community initiatives with transparency and collaboration.

A dedicated volunteer and school advocate, Jaime also leads the design and production of school spirit wear for several local schools, helping foster school pride and community engagement. As the parent of a current ACA student and a future ACA student, she is deeply invested in the school's continued growth and success. Jaime is committed to supporting academic excellence, responsible stewardship, and strong partnerships among students, families, faculty, and the broader school community.
