Coach Santuan Stanley serves as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and P.E. Coach at Atlantic Collegiate Academy, bringing in more than a decade of experience in athlete development, performance training, and program leadership.
Since joining the Armada in 2023, he has played a central role in building ACA’s strength culture, implementing evidence-based training systems that support long-term athletic development across all sports.
Stanley began his coaching career at Coastal Carolina University, where he transitioned from a walk-on football player to a student assistant coach while earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science. He later completed his Master of Education in Higher Education Administration at Georgia Southern University while serving as a graduate assistant in the Eagles’ strength program. His time at GSU deepened his expertise in biomechanics, athlete movement, and performance adaptation.
After graduate school, Stanley returned to the Grand Strand and became a leader in the local performance community co-founding the Myrtle Beach High Performance Center and later establishing NXT LVL FIT, a nationally recognized training facility that earned Best Gym in the Grand Strand honors in 2023 and 2024.
At ACA, Stanley is known for his structured, collegiate-style training environment, his commitment to developing confident and resilient student-athletes, and his ability to connect strength, movement, and education into a unified philosophy that prepares students for success both on the field and in the classroom.
Coach Stanley is certified in National High School Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, USA Powerlifting, CPR and AED. He and his wife, Cieara, are the proud parents of two children, Averie and Jaxson.
