ACA Announces Home Sites for 2026 Football Season

Conway, SC – Atlantic Collegiate Academy football will take the field under the lights at Ashley Booth Field and on one of the Grand Strand's premier stages at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium as the Armada prepares for its three-game home schedule this fall.

The home slate gives ACA an opportunity to provide its student-athletes and supporters with three distinct experiences — a local rivalry, a college-style Saturday afternoon game and a Homecoming and Senior Night celebration.

ACA opens its home schedule on Friday, September 18, hosting Loris High School at Ashley Booth Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The matchup brings together two passionate local fan bases and is expected to provide a high-energy atmosphere for the Armada's home opener.

The spotlight then shifts to Doug Shaw Stadium on Saturday, October 10, when ACA hosts Lakewood High School at 1 p.m. The Saturday afternoon kickoff will give Armada student-athletes a college-style game-day experience at one of the area's marquee athletic facilities.

"Partnering with Myrtle Beach Sports Tourism allows us to deliver an elite, collegiate-style experience for our student-athletes," ACA Director of Athletics Douglas Leichner said. "Providing our football team the opportunity to showcase their talents in marquee facilities like Doug Shaw Stadium is a prime example of the standard, exposure, and environment we are committed to building here at ACA."

For ACA head football coach Antoine Rivens, the opportunity to compete at Doug Shaw also reinforces the vision for the Armada football program.

"We are very excited for our players and this program for an opportunity to play in such a historic stadium, where many college and high school games have been played," Rivens said. "It fits our model here at ACA — Elite Academics and Elite Athletics."

The Armada will return to Ashley Booth Field on Friday, October 23, for a 7:30 p.m. matchup against Hartsville High School. The final home game will serve as both Homecoming and Senior Night, giving ACA an opportunity to recognize its senior student-athletes while bringing students, families, alumni and supporters together for one of the biggest community events of the fall.

The three-game slate reflects ACA's continued emphasis on creating memorable competitive opportunities for its student-athletes while building a strong game-day experience for the entire Armada community.
